UPCOMING WORKSHOPS & SERIES
In addition to our weekly class schedule, we offer a variety of workshops each month and series throughout the year. A workshop is a single session lasting 1-2 hours where we focus on a specific skill or set of moves. A series includes 8-10 sessions (one 90-minute session each week for 8-10 weeks) where the learning progresses each week, building upon previous sessions.

Outdoor Floating Sound Bath Workshop
Upcoming dates:
Saturday, August 20
6:45 – 8:00pm
$45.00
Join us for a meditative musical journey outdoors where you’ll float in the hammock as Julian J. Desta (A Juju Frequency) creates healing energy through sound. These vibrations produce deep states of relaxation as they balance the brain’s hemispheres, release stress and muscle tension, stimulate the flow of your vital energy and accelerate your healing and recovery. You’ll feel a powerful shift within and leave more awakened and alive. Words cannot begin to do justice – we invite you to experience it for yourself!
During this workshop, we will teach you several positions to relax in and offer a light massage or touch throughout class.

Single-Point Aerial Workshop
Next Workshop:
TBA
$38.00
We are excited to bring back our two hour single-point workshop! You’ll learn foundational techniques like how to control a spin, alter the speed, and flow through a creative sequence while suspended. You might be surprised at how different single point feels compared to our regular, double-point rig. Join us for an opportunity to enhance your skill, challenge yourself and try something new!
Tjaden will start with a 15-minute warm-up. Then you’ll learn foundational poses and transitions from monkey, standing, open silk, and spinning. Expect to learn moves like double and triple wizard, candy cane, manta ray, ankle wrap, and archer. You will also learn drops like fallen angel, pike back, slack drop, and candy cane drop! We’ll reserve the last 15 minutes of the workshop for pictures and videos so you can share what you’ve learned!
Workshop Prerequisites
This workshop is ideal for Intermediate and Advanced aerial students (Levels 2-3). No beginners please! Participants must be comfortable pulling up your own body weight. If you are prone to motion sickness caused by spinning, this workshop is not recommended.
If you are interested in this workshop, but do not yet have enough experience, please start by taking “Introduction to Aerial Hammock”. We also recommend students regularly participate in other intermediate and conditioning classes such as Aerial Suspension Conditioning, Aerial Pilates, Aerial Flips & Tricks, and/or Aerial Dance for Beginners (Level 1) before taking this workshop. You can build up your strength and stamina in time for the next Single-Point Aerial Workshop – we usually offer it several times throughout the year!
